Bravo Zulu ER Illuminated

Why are the Bravo Zulu and Koda-Express our most popular and top selling crossbows? The reason is when folks experience these bows in shooting situations, they come away very impressed with the low sound signature, accuracy and solid feeling when making a shot. The 200 lb Bravo Zulu is in a sweet spot where many shooters find that the scope reticles match up perfectly to 20, 30, 40, 50 and 60 yards when using the Kodabow Magnum .338 arrows. But to accomplish the same thing with a 185 lb Koda-Express, just adjust 3/4" to 1" high at 20 yards to achieve a similar ballistic profile. Both bows are like pointing your finger at a target downrange and just knowing that the arrow will be on the spot. From a ballistic perspective, the two bows shoot similar to one another. Obviously, the Koda-Express is slightly easier to cock. We like to visualize a shooter 10 years down the road still shooting their Kodabow. It seems that shooters who are in their late 40's, 50's and 60's choose a 185 Koda-Express more often but that is not a hard and fast rule. It depends on both muscle strength and technique but if you plan to do a lot of shooting, choose a bow you can cock easily. Today ..... and 10 years from now. We shot a Koda-Express 2,000 times in a row during the course of the Eastern Sports Show in Harrisburg (3 years in a row) and we picked the 185 lb bow because we knew we would be cocking the bow hundreds of times daily. That same bow will drive a Kodabow Magnum .338 arrow right through a bear or whitetail. When we hunt, we cock the crossbow only once in a day. Folks are different..... but we will say that if you weigh in at 128 lbs and play video games on the couch all day long, the 225 Big Rhino is not your optimal crossbow choice! Limb color is Camo but stock and pistol grip color can be your choice (Black or Brown). Indicate in the "COMMENT" section when placing your order if your prefer the Camo/Brown Stock combination. Otherwise, you will receive Camo Limbs with Black Stock & Grips. Picture may not reflect minor configuration changes that occur from time to time.
